More About Me

I’ve been lucky enough to consider Spokane home for the past 30 years. What I love most about this city are the hard-working, energetic and nature-loving members of our community. The connections I’ve made and continue to develop are what drive and inspire me in my daily life and my career. My favorite part of being a Realtor is getting to know my clients and learning what each individual loves about their community, what their goals are, and finding their dream home based on the lifestyle they strive for. My commitment to my clients is that I will work with focus and dedication to get them into the home that is the best possible fit for them—it could be the first house or the 100th house we tour.

Whether you are buying or selling, the focus should be solely on exploring the best options for yourself. I’ve worked with many clients in the successful sale and purchase of their homes and it was very important to provide expert direction, essential information, knowledge, and clearly communicated timeline requirements. Prior to working in Real Estate I was in project management for a high-tech company based in Spokane. That experience allowed me to create an organized and detail oriented approach to my work—you can count on me to make the buying and selling process as smooth and hassle free as possible.

While I love helping clients buy and sell ANY type of home, I have additional expertise in acreage properties and the exciting possibilities that come with owning land. Whether your dreams are set on the Palouse, Peone Prairie, or the Paradise Rim area that I’m fortunate to call home, I can help my clients navigate any nuances that come with owning property. Spokane area residents are lucky to live in such an accessible region. They have the option of buying a larger amount of acreage with extended choices on development, or living in one of the surrounding cities with amenities at their fingertips.

When I’m not helping my clients find their dream home, I’m enjoying my beautiful family, my horses, and garden. I love spending time with my husband and three daughters. You can often find us at the lake, gathering for holidays, or playing card games. I am also very active in the horse-riding community, which led me to found a scholarship program. The program is called Horse Happy and awards financial assistance towards horse riding lessons to the selected recipients. You can learn more at susandenny.realtor/horsehappy.

This beautiful city has so much to offer us, and it is my honor to help my clients experience that. If you have any questions about how I can help you find your dream home, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
